It lasts long, without causing harm on your fingernails, and can be soaked off easily. What do we need more for the base gels?

When free edge is lifting
This can happen when the front side of the lamp is opened, the front bulb is not enough, or the free edge has not been cured enough. You may cure your other parts of the hands once again, or use pin cure to cure the free edge before using the lamp.
How to Soak-off
1. Get rid of the top gel and color gel on the surface.
2. Put acetone on the cotton pads and wrap with foils for about 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Push it with a pusher.
You can also drill-off.

Depending on the convexity of the fingernails, divide it into three, and fill it up with 3 coats for the better side lines.

When the free edge is quite high, leave a very small amount of free edge when doing the second application. Then fill in the center appropriately. It will make your nails look more voluminous.
1. You must stop using the product if the product causes redness, swelling, itching, or any other abnormal irritation during or after use. Continuing to use a product in such situations may aggravate the condition, so it is advised to consult a dermatologist if any of the symptoms occur.
2. Refrain from using the products on areas of the skin with cuts, wounds, rashes, inflammation, or any other skin abnormalities.
3. Avoid using the product on your eye area.

3. Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Also, Pin Cure LED lamp may be subject to FedEx service pursuant to airplane policies on lithium battery time to time. If you need to pay for extra charge due to above cases, we will contact you via email. Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. Delivery Time : 5- 30 days Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. Orders are usually shipped from our storage within 3 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas). Please also not that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations. Please be aware of that your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Customs and Duties :
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Cancellation before shipment
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please send an email to diamishop@diami.co.kr. or DM to our IG diami_official ); or -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or -the ordered item is out of stock.
Once your order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card / PayPal, there might be a lead time to set up credit transaction with your bank.
2. Missing Items?
We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please contact us via diamishop@diami.co.kr. or DM to our IG diami_official within 2 days of delivery. Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise. We may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
3. How to Return or request to refund
First of all, we're 100% committed to making your DIAMI experience happy. So we do our best always. While we make every effort to ensure your item(s) arrived in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away via diamishop@diami.co.kr. We will work with you thoroughly.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 3 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns. Returns without prior communication and consent with us will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the un-returned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
All purchases of items from the Archive Collection, Outlet, Sale Collection are final and no refund/return would be granted under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns will be discarded.
- Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
- Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
- Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
- Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
4. We do not accept return(s) if:
- you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.) - you are returning items that we cannot inspect whether you used or not - the products are damaged due to your mishandling - your return request is not approved by our staff
5. The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels - Items with creases that may have been made while shipping - Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
